Job Requirements

They will facilitate the robot integration and Eco system on site for our customers. They will be responsible for guiding and planning for the best total solution at the customer sites.

A hands on mentality and an eagerness to solve customer needs will be essential for success. The field engineer will diagnose and solve problems, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, encourage business growth, and assist in enhancing and sustaining client and partner relationships.
Field Engineer Responsibilities:
- Service and support JAKAs direct customers with integration, field installations, field operations and repairs
- Troubleshooting and testing of the JAKA system

- Identifying quality issues and writing reports

Background
- Engineering degree in electro mechanics, system integration or automation (or equivalent by experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation and integration projects, preferably in an implementation environment

- Detail oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of computer programming (C++, C#, Python) and software development
