About JAKA Zu 3s
- The small, light and flexible Jaka Zu 3s is a robotic arm with a working radius of 626mm a 3kg payload. It is built with the prioritization of accuracy, repeatability and safety in mind.
- It is equipped with an industrial force sensor, along with a force control algorithm. This allows it so ‘feel’ its environment and any surrounding forces, by adding sensing capacity to the 6 joints.
- A variety of force control solutions are available, including constant force, normal tracking and ‘speed mode’, ensuring full-arm collision detection. All these make JAKA Zu 3s perfect for polishing on complex surfaces, for inspection, PCB assembly or testing.
- For continued monitoring, the contact force value is displayed in real time, and the control settings can be adjusted, according to the requirements of the task at hand, via the JAKA App.
- The flexible, 6-jointed device can be mounted at any angle, without safety fences, for tri-co interaction.
